I was one of the students that participated in the two wonderful workshops with Sue. The morning after the mono printing class I was doing a rubbing of a brass plaque outside of a building that I fancied! (Local teenagers thought it was a hoot and could not resist commenting on my "graffiti" practice!) What fun! These workshops have totally given me a new direction in my work - can't wait to begin... Thank you, Sue for being such a wonderful and sharing teacher. Kirsten :))
Travel is an exciting & large part of my life, combined with creating fabric, stitching art quilts & enjoying textile traditions around the world.
I work in the quilting industry; exhibit, judge, curate, tutor & write.
These are some of the threads of my life.
