Back from a great 6 days teaching at the Contextart Forum. The Blue Mountains west of Sydney were an easy 2 hour train journey and are famous for many hikes and the Three Sisters.
Found in Leura, a busy tourist town, just down the road from Katoomba, where you disembark from the train for the Three Sisters and Echo Point.
Lovely Autumn colour and a visit to the famous chocolate shop, Josophan's.

Sue the seat for bored husbands used to be outside a quiltshop on the site would you believe!
ReplyDeleteI had a lovely time in the Blue Mountains 10 years ago. My favorites were the fern trees. Looks like a fern, grows into a tree!
