When I was in New York's Westchester County I caught up with my friend Jeri Riggs who not only is a talented quilter but also a great knitter. These are some of the colourful quilts which hang in her studio.
And the many awards she has collected including the intriguing rosette made from a CD, the yellow one, for the Northern Star Quilters Challenge.
