Mt Coot-tha Botanic Gardens

The Brisbane Botanic Gardens at Mt Coot-tha are a great place to visit for young and old. Opened in January 1976 they are situated on 52 hectares and feature 20,000 plants from around the world. We took the Hide n Seek Children's Trail and what fun it was!

We found creatures big and small, real and man-made.

A strange fruiting tree, shiny leaves and bright flowers abound in this  beautiful sub-tropical garden.
