Back to the 50's

Friday night out was fun at the Highway Fountain diner, very much in the 50's style in décor with so many interesting pieces of memorabilia from Elvis to Betty Boop.

Situated at Laupahoehoe, this is parked outside and the inside view is full of nostalgia.

The band are great and play many old favourites. They also know Waltzing Matilda! The world map is covered with pins from visiting patrons, so I added an orange one in Brisbane.

The restroom is full of Betty.
