Ger living #2

I found a set of Yak horns, which came in handy! If the fire is too warm, opening the door is the best way to regulate the temperature.

 We were in a well managed & maintained ger exploration camp of about 30 gers, 2,000 metres above sea level. The Mess gers below, either side of the Kitchen, a transformed shipping container.

Some of the cooks who served hearty, delicious food 3 times a day.

Many of the flavours took me back to childhood & Slovak food.
