The short burst of Spring/Summer in Mongolia allows the abundant wildflowers to blossom. These photos were snapped on my travels to & in Hovsgol Province.
What lovely and delicate little flowers. From the looks of the barren landscapes you've shown us so far, I wouldn't have believed such flowers could survive. The trees were a surprise too!
Travel is an exciting & large part of my life, combined with creating fabric, stitching art quilts & enjoying textile traditions around the world.
I work in the quilting industry; exhibit, judge, curate, tutor & write.
These are some of the threads of my life.
