The terrace

What we loved was the terrace at the top, where we could enjoy the sunshine and limited views of the city skyline and distant hills of Tuscany.

A busker in the street below serenaded us most nights, however he seemed to only know 2 tunes!

Improvised antipasto plate [ I had been carrying the plastic camping bowl for this very occasion!] and local  vino.
