Pasta

The 'little ears' orecchiette pasta is typical of this region and made by hand.  Mixed with a sauce of cima di rapa, it is delicious.
We indulged in  a special meal prepared by our hosts and tried many regional specialities. Sorry too busy eating to take many photos and the cherry liqueur at the end, buonissimo!
