The Brisbane River peaked at 4.46 metres, 1 metre below the 1974 flood. Many homes & businesses are under water & the clean up will take weeks. Today is sunny & so far, without rain showers. Diane thanks for your comments.

Oh, good grief, the newspapers in the U.S. are keeping us posted on the terrible floods in Brisbane. Glad to know you and your family are high and dry, so to speak.
