Wolf in the Fog, Tofino

We ate at Wolf in the Fog restaurant run by a NZ and Aussie chef. It was voted one of the best new restaurants in 2014 and is certainly popular with fresh seafood dishes.
A smoked oyster wrapped in potato shreds, deep fried and drizzled with truffle oil.
Smoked steelhead trout salad. The plates used for serving are mismatched and the d├ęcor is cutting edge modern. On the menu is 'six pack for the kitchen' and you can shout the staff this item, if you feel inclined.
