First quilt sighting

This is the first quilt sighting in Alaska! The panels are printed and the quilt was hanging inside the George Inlet Lodge Ketchikan,  where we went for crab feasting.
Dungeness crabs, fresh and hot from the pot.
We needed bibs and when none were supplied, tucked our napkins in. There was a competition for the tallest crab shell tower, with lots of assistance from bowls and glasses to increase the height.
This cute bear wearing binoculars was there too.
