This was the start of the cuddle rug for toddler Ruby- pink cotton waffle weave & stretchy Minkee. I spray basted the 2 together, used the walking foot & that stopped the stretching. The 'bobble' rows are easy to sew between.
Some appliqued hearts, a few drawn by her cousins, were added for 'cuddly love'. I rounded the corners using a plate as the template & finished with a machine stitched binding.
