A Slovak Goulash session

Making Goulash the Slovak way is for the menfolk. Here Bob and Vlado, the Goulash expert prepare the meat, onions and garlic. Of course there was a mission to collect the special pot for the cooking from a friend.

All stainless steel and ready for the mix.
Secret ingredients added and stirred, more added and stirred.
A marathon effort requiring some hydration.
Bob with the original Budweiser beer.
And the most delicious dish I have tasted! We had 3 Goulashes while in Slovakia and this was the best by far.
