Famous San Francisco sourdough by Boudin since 1849, is still going strong. The flavour is stronger than I've tasted in Australia. It is served as French Toast, Crab Sandwich & is the bread bowl of the chowder.
Apart from the crocodile, the turtles came in 2 sizes.
