Loved chatting to Julie Thornton the maker of this wearable art named 'Rose Tatoo'. Julie told me it was stitched on a soluble base with Madeira thread & the black yarn roses & leaves were also enhanced with stitch. It was part of the Art to Wear- Black & White display.
