This is the view from my grey mule Hoodoo. Bob is on Zed, ahead of me.We didn't go down into the canyon, as we'd thought. The rides have changed since we booked, but we were happy to go through the Ponderosa, Pinyon Pine & Oak forest to Abyss Lookout.
The Oak is changing to Fall colours. After 3 hours in the saddle, I was walking like a cowboy when I got off, with a sore bum for a few days! No, I'm not a horse rider but may have to learn.
