A few years ago my daughters & I made this quilt, Little Treasures which, in a light hearted way celebrates Motherhood. We had a lot of fun using felt for our naive applique on old cloth nappies & adding other whimsical touches.
It was accepted & toured in 2004-05 with the I Remember Mama exhibition, part of the International Quilt Festival.

Now I know the story behind the quilt, I've wondered everytime I've seen it and meant to ask but forgot by the time the meetings have come to an end.
