Durango is in the fifth State of our travels & Colorado doesn't disappoint with snow capped peaks & altitudes of 7,000 feet plus. The historic 1887 Strater Hotel is our base for 3 nights.
From bathroom tile inspiration to a beautiful, wall papered ceiling, charming & elegant are appropriate to describe the hotel. Friendly staff are just the icing on the cake.
