This festival is dedicated to the memory of Bonnie Leman, founder of the Quilters Newsletter Magazine. This magazine was as inspiration to Mount Isa quilters in the 1990's & my friendship group the 'Stackettes' & I would digest it cover to cover at our Wednesday get-togethers. Fond memories.
